On request from one of the leading Russian lumber factories, our Company (100 TONN MONTAZH) dismantled, packed, loaded and relocated a Satos-22 K+NN-based plywood grinding line to a new site (grinding machine, Steinemann Technology AG). Aspiration machinery (filters, fans, lock feeders, air ducts, Scheuch GmbH (Austria) was also dismantled. Total mass of the dismantled equipment is more than 100 tonnes. The machinery has been delivered to the Customer’s site. As usual, the works were successfully accomplished in due time.
Our Company (100 TONN MONTAZH) together with the SCHOLPP Iberica specialists dismantled, packed and loaded some parts of the BBM Kautex blow machine onto a vehicle. The maximum weight of one piece of the machinery is 56 tonnes. A 125-ton-capacity hydraulic gantry system was applied for lowering of the blow machine platform and loading of the platform and joining unit onto a vehicle. All the works were accomplished within the time lines prescribed by the Customer.
In January 2017, our Company (100 TONN MONTAZH) disassembled the foundations and installed 5 sections of the charging and receiving roller tables of Hot mill 2000 in slitting lines shop (LPTS-10) for MMK (Magnitogorsk Metallurgical Company, OAO). Our specialists worked 24 hours a day during scheduled repairs of metallurgical equipment in the LPTS-10 shop. All necessary resources (workers and equipment) were mobilized at the work site prior to starting the works. Our specialists faced different challenges during disassembly of the roller tables, unforeseen time expenditures during disassembly of the foundations and other subtleties while working 24 hours a day under continuous control from the Customer. Generally, the works were accomplished with high quality. Hot mill 2000 machinery has been successfully set to work in the LPTS-10 shop.
During the winter 2016, our Company (100 TONN MONTAZH) relocated two MANROLAND printing production lines (model ROTOMAN 50) at one of the printing companies in Moscow, as well as carried out their pre-sale preparation. All components of the machinery were carefully dismantled, marked, packed and relocated to a temporary storage warehouse in accordance with the list: drying part, sections, folder, web threading system, cooler, electric cabinets, framing and conveyors (total weight of both lines is 210 tonnes). Such works and machinery are well-known to our professional installation specialists, thus they were accomplished quickly and with due quality despite confined space inside the premises.
In October 2016, our Company (100 TONN MONTAZH) dismantled, relocated and put to storage a 80-tonne sheet-straightening machine СКМЗ 7х2800 in Tikhvin, Leningradskaya Oblast. The works were performed for Tikhvin Freight Car Building Plant within the framework of production upgradation with replacement of obsolete machinery.
During the works our specialists found out that there was no sufficient documentation for the machinery to be dismantled, but the experience and well-organized work of project design engineers and related departments of the company allowed us to fulfill these works with high quality and in due time prescribed by the Customer.
In the period from 5 AUG to 17 AUG, our Company (100 TONN MONTAZH) relocated
a 22-tonne installation trolley from one mobile crane to another.
Given operational requirements, all the works were carried out in the shortest possible time with no downtime of Leningrad Atomic Power Station (LAPS-2).
Professionalism of our specialists in development and implementation of the works allowed them to accomplish all the works in due time with excellent quality.
Our Company (100 TONN MONTAZH) relocated a production line from Brazil to Russia for BOSCH. The machinery for power steering production line was dismantled, packed and loaded into 40 ft containers in Brazil, then successfully delivered to BOSCH, Samara, Russia and installed there.
Our specialists (100 TONN MONTAZH) implemented a complicated project of SACMI press body replacement (Italy) at Samarsky Stroyfarfor in July 2016. Confined condition of the operating plant did not make the implementation of the project easier. Dismantling of the old press body and installation of a new body were performed with the use of a 125-ton hydraulic gantry system. The mass of the press is 56 tons.
In the period from May, 10 to July 23, 2016, our Company (100 TONN MONTAZH) on request from D.A. Rus (OOO) dismantled, relocated and installed machinery for production of components for LG and SAMSUNG plants to new sites. The works were fulfilled in two stages.
The first stage (May, 10 to May 17, 2016) included dismantling of 11 automatic molding machines, their package and loading into containers for further dispatch to Vietnam. The works were performed within the premises of LG plant in Dorokhovo, Moskovskaya Oblast. The works were carried out in the shortest possible time.
Within the second stage from June 10 to July 23, 2016 our specialists on request from D.A. Rus (OOO) dismantled, packed, relocated and installed the machinery at a new site. 12 automatic molding machines were relocated to a new site (Vorsino, Kaluzhskaya Oblast) from the LG plant premises. Industrial rubber components production workshop (25 pieces of machinery) and automatic molding machines workshop (9 pieces of machinery) were relocated to a new site. Besides, auxiliary machinery from both workshops was also dismantled, relocated and installed at a new place.
Our specialists installed all pieces of the machinery at a new site and performed its cold start.
In May-June our specialists (100 TONN MONTAZH) implemented a project for Polymeric Items Plant in Togliatti. They dismantled, loaded onto a vehicle and unloaded REMU, HASKY and Battenfeld automatic molding machines at the storage site. See section Projects for more details.
