On request from Kataisk Pump Plant (ZAO), our Company (100 TONN MONTAZH) within short time lines relocated a 27,000-kg horizontal milling machine HMC-630BP (5,200х 4,130х3,600 mm) and set it to final position.
In January 2017, our Company (100 TONN MONTAZH) relocated a ready-assembled LEXUS press with total mass of 36 tonnes for Machine-building company Velmash in Velikiye Luki. The works were performed within the framework of scheduled product-line expansion. Production process was developed in details by our specialists in the Work Production Plan. The customer is fully satisfied with the quality and scope of the service. He also highly appraised skills and attitude of our specialists. All the works were performed with high quality ahead of the originally approved schedule.
In January 2017, our Company (100 TONN MONTAZH) accomplished installation works setting two MAG HÜLLER HILLE machining centres (FFG Werke-Drehmaschinen Concern, Germany) to final position within the premises of the Yaroslavsky electric machine-building plant. The vehicle with the machinery was too high for a low flyover in front of the workshop, so it was decided to carry out complex rigging operations with heavy (up to 29 tonnes) parts of the machinery before installation works. Preparation of the machinery for installation was a rather difficult task as the weather was extremely cold (up to minus 29 °С) during the New Year holidays. Good work planning and proper actions of the installation workers allowed us to relocate the machinery to the installation site quickly and accurately. Marking, anchoring and setting the machining centres to final position were performed under normal conditions and in due time.
In December 2016, our Company (100 TONN MONTAZH) unloaded a 25-ton КИ 2134 simple action single point press from the railway compartment, relocated and installed it. These works were performed for Tikhvin Freight Car Building Plant. The press was lifted with GP 125 hydraulic gantry system. Then it was placed on a vehicle dolly and shifted to a foundation prepared in advance. The works were rather difficult for execution due to a big distance and bad condition of the intrashop roads between the unloading and installation sites. However, high skills of our specialists allowed them to accomplish the works with pinpoint accuracy in due time prescribed by the Customer.
In October 2016, our Company (100 TONN MONTAZH) dismantled, relocated and put to storage a 80-tonne sheet-straightening machine СКМЗ 7х2800 in Tikhvin, Leningradskaya Oblast. The works were performed for Tikhvin Freight Car Building Plant within the framework of production upgradation with replacement of obsolete machinery.
During the works our specialists found out that there was no sufficient documentation for the machinery to be dismantled, but the experience and well-organized work of project design engineers and related departments of the company allowed us to fulfill these works with high quality and in due time prescribed by the Customer.
In September 2016, our Company (100 TONN MONTAZH) relocated and installed heavy parts of ЕМС12500 and FET400 presses for Kazan Helicopters (PAO). To implement this project, a special rigging trolley and a gantry system were used for installation of the machinery in confined space of an operating plant. The OEM representatives set forth special requirements for installation of the machinery, which complicated the works when positioning its parts. Our specialists successfully accomplished the works and the machinery was set to work.
In the period from 8 AUG to 24 AUG, our Company (100 TONN MONTAZH) installed tanks and pumps for a cleaning loop line in a newly built steam generator manufacturing workshop at Afrikantov Experimental Design Bureau (OAO).
The works were performed at different heights in confined space. Nevertheless they were accomplished with high quality and in due time.
Within the period from May 25 to June 4, 2016 on request from Machine-Building Enterprise PressMash, our Company (100 TONN MONTAZH) continued the works pertaning to ДА2243 hydraulic press assembly, i.e. unloading, shifting and element-by-element assembly of a 100-ton ДА2243 hydraulic press (manufactured by PressMash, Russia). A 125-ton-capacity GP125 gantry system and a 40-ton workshop trailer were used for the works within the KULZ premises (Kamensk Uralsky Foundry, OAO) in Kamensk Uralsky, Sverdlovskaya Oblast.
In July 2016 our Company (100 TONN MONTAZH) unloaded, shifted, lifted and set to final position two pod drives (manufactured by Steer Prop; 163 tons each) at the production site of Severnaya Verf dockyard in St.Petersburg.
To set the pod drives to final position, roll and trim must be created in confined space under the stern of the vessel. The works are complicated due to the presence of small and large propellers both installed on each pod drive. The works were accomplished in accordance with the approved schedule. It must be noted that this was the second project of pod drives installation, and the Customer again expressed his gratitude for our professionalism.
Within the period from January, 18 to April 29, 2016 on request from Ural Plant of Industrial Rubber Articles (PAO), our specialists shifted the vessels under excess pressure, namely vulcanizing tanks and autoclave, from one workshop to another one, set them to final position and performed their piping. The rigging operations were difficult to carry out due to considerable dimensions of the vessels: diameter 2,000 mm, length 8,000 mm, mass 13 tons; diameter 1,200 mm, length 22,000 mm, mass 25 tons; diameter 1,100 mm, length 5,000 mm, mass 5 tons. All the works are successfully accomplished, assembled equipment will be set to work in the near future.
