Italian company Persico S.P.A. was chosen by Nanotechnology Centre of Composites (NCC, Moscow) as a supplier of a new hydraulic press with impressive performance features (according to the opinion of the NCC specialists). Our mission was to install this machine. Limited height of the ceilings of the NCC building complicated the works as it did not allow implementing the standard press assembly sequence recommended by Persico. We developed our own Work Production Plan that took into account specific features of the press, limitations due to specifics of the building, as well as capacities of our machinery. Our specialists successfully solved the task, and on December 16 the installation supervisors started testing the press. Total mass of the press is 344 tonnes, maximum weight of one part is 75 tonnes.
In May-June our specialists (100 TONN MONTAZH) implemented a project for Polymeric Items Plant in Togliatti. They dismantled, loaded onto a vehicle and unloaded REMU, HASKY and Battenfeld automatic molding machines at the storage site. See section Projects for more details.
Within the period from May, 3 to May 14, 2016 our specialists dismantled 11 automatic molding machines within the premises of LG plant in Dorokhovo, Moskovskaya Oblast, packed them for sea transportation, loaded into containers and secured them there. The works were performed in confined space within the premises of an operating plant under pressure of time. The total weight of the equipment to be dismantled was 240 tons. High professionalism of our specialists allowed them to fulfill the operations in the shortest possible time and to ship the equipment to the port in time for further transportation to Vietnam.
On April, 14 our Company completed SKD assembly of a new WICKERT hydraulic press at one of the Moscow plants manufacturing composite material items. To install the press, our installation personnel carried out the following complicated operations: tripping of 30-ton frames into pits, assembly of the frames into a monoblock and its check in both horizontal and vertical directions, installation of the guides and the table, preparation for installation and installation of hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic station, installation of a slide-system. This is our new Customer among press manufacturers, Wickert Maschinenbau GmbH.
At one of the factories manufacturing composite items (Moscow) our specialists unloaded heavy parts and set them to final position, as well as shifted attachable and peripheral equipment of a new automated line KraussMaffei for production of reinforced polyurethane parts for mounting. The project was successfully implemented. The works were accomplished within prescribed time limits and accepted by the Client.
In the period from December 4 to December 26, 2014 our Company (100 TONNE MONTAGE) unloaded parts of presses (1 to 25 tonnes each) from 13 sea containers, shifted 3 presses (PANSTONE, Taiwan) to the mounting site and mounted them within the premises of Ural Plant of Lining General Mechanical Rubber Goods (Yekaterinburg).
Mass of assembled presses is from 40 to 83 tonnes. The parts of presses were transported to the mounting site on a 40-tonne capacity material-handling vehicle. Then they were mounted with the help of a 10 and 125-tonne gantry systems. Low ceilings of an old factory building was a complicating factor. With the ceiling height of 4,800 mm the press crown was at 3,600 mm.
In the period from May 25 to May 29, 2015 our Company (100 TONNE MONTAGE) mounted vacuum die casting machine S-V-1300 PANSTONE for V.I.Chapaev Cheboksary Production Association (AO), Cheboksary. The operations included loading at the temporary storage site, shifting within the premises, unloading at assembly site, mounting of the equipment and participation in commissioning operations.
All the parts of the die casting machine were set on foundation with the help of a 125-tonne hydraulic gantry system. Top management of V.I.Chapaev Cheboksary Production Association expressed its gratitude to our Company and appreciated professionalism of our specialists and team interaction. Our companies already have a strong track record of mutual collaboration.
It took one working day to unload a new C.M.S. S.p.A 5-axis machining centre (Italy) from the transport vehicle, to shift it to the installation site and set it into its final position according to the project. Our Customer appreciated careful attitude, quick reaction and accuracy of operations.

Our company has accomplished a complex of handling and mounting works at “Tekhstroy” JSC. (Factory for polyethylene pipes production). The works consisted of two stages.
At the first stage (handling stage) our engineers unloaded and moved into the building the extrusion-type line for production of pipes (800 – 1600 mm in diameter). Forwarder – Rusforvard, Ltd./ Zuest & Bachmeier Project GmbH, official supplier – Siegfried Schumacher GmbH.
At the second stage all the equipment units were assembled together into one production line. Gantry system GP125H has been used for accomplishing the works.
