In June 2014 our Company (100 TONNE SERVICE) within the framework of a project of construction of a co-generation plant unloaded and set on foundation three 7.7 MW gas gen sets 16V34SG manufactured by Wartsila (Finland) in Kurgan. At the first stage three engines Wartsila were reloaded from a rail car to a low loader (mass of one engine was of 80 tonnes). Three electrical generators were also unloaded from the low loaders (mass of each electrical generator was about 30 tonnes). At the second stage the frames, electrical generators and engines were set on foundation (total three gas gen sets 16V34SG manufactured by Wartsila). During the works the main beam was extended to 26 m, which allowed our specialists to cover the whole operation area without rearrangement of a gantry system. Wise engineering solution and dynamic response to changes in the mounting site conditions enabled our specialists to fulfill the works as soon as possible with high quality.
